Turn everyday
conversations
into opportunities
for growth.
NoPressure helps teams develop communication skills through realistic AI roleplay, personalized practice, and coach/lead-guided development programs.
Plenty of ways to learn. Not enough practice.
Training teaches. AI helps us prepare.
But real communication skills come from practice.
Training is occasional
Opportunities to practice often end when the workshop does.
AI helps you prepare, not rehearse
Advice is useful, but it doesn’t recreate the pressure of a real conversation.
Progress is hard to measure
Coaches and leads struggle to see how communication behaviors improve over time.
Make communication development part of everyday work.
One shared development program. Personalized practice for every teammate. Clearer insights for coaches.
Coach/Lead sets development goals
A coach or team lead describes the program once, in a chat with their own assistant: what to get better at, what good looks like and how often to practice. NoPressure emails everyone they add.
Employee’s AI assistant understands the context
Each person’s own assistant runs the program with them. It knows what’s coming up, and asks before it looks at the tools they’ve connected, like their calendar or email.
Teammate practices and receives feedback
They rehearse out loud with a character who reacts while they talk. Back in the chat, their assistant debriefs them goal by goal against the program and names one thing to change.
Coach tracks team progress
The coach asks their assistant who is taking part: who has started or finished, and when each person was last active. What anyone said is never shown to coaches or managers.
Knowing what to say isn’t the same as saying it.
Your AI assistant helps you prepare. NoPressure turns that preparation into realistic practice, shaped around your own context.

Frequently asked questions
What is NoPressure.Work?

NoPressure.Work is NoPressure for teams. You describe a practice program once, and each person’s own AI assistant runs it with them over days and weeks: it prepares them for real conversations, sets up voice roleplays built from their situation and debriefs them against the program’s goals.
Who is NoPressure.Work for?

Sales teams, coaches, and L&D and People teams: anyone who wants the people they support to practice the conversations that matter regularly, between sessions and not just in a workshop.
How can our team get started?

Book a call with us below or email [email protected]. We are onboarding design partners from November 2026: we set up your workspace with you and help you write your first program.
Which AI assistants does it work with?

It works in the assistant each person already uses, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Grok Bot. During the design partner program we set it up with you for the assistants your team uses.
Where do people practice?

Their assistant sets up a voice roleplay and gives them a link. They rehearse out loud on a NoPressure page in the browser, with a character who reacts while they talk, then go back to the chat, where their assistant writes the debrief.
What does the feedback look like?

Debriefs go goal by goal against the program’s definition of good and name one thing to change. Every quote is checked against the call’s transcript, so nothing is made up.
What happens after a practice?

After every debrief the assistant offers what comes next, as the program sets out: the same practice again, a new one, or a pause. The person chooses. Progress is kept in NoPressure, not in one chat window, so practice carries on in any new chat.
Can people practice in their own language?

Yes. A program can set the practice language; otherwise each person rehearses in the language of their real conversations. Roleplays work in more than 50 languages.
What goes into a program?

Plain-language instructions for each person’s assistant: what to get better at, the facts every scenario has to get right, what good looks like, how often to practice and how to move from easier situations to harder ones. NoPressure guides your assistant through writing it.
How do people join a program?

You add them by their email address, and NoPressure emails each of them a link to the program. They connect NoPressure.Work in their own AI assistant and sign in with that email. People new to your workspace join only once they accept: their assistant tells them who invited them and asks first. People already in your workspace are added straight away. Only the people you added can join.
How do coaches see how the team is doing?

Their assistant shows who is on a program, whether each person has started or finished, when they were last active and how much activity they have logged. What people said is never shown to coaches or managers.
Can we change a program after people have started?

Yes. Every edit becomes a new version with a short note on what changed. Each person’s assistant takes the new version in and tells them what is different for them.
Can managers see what people said in practice?

No. Managers and admins see who is on a program, whether each person has started or finished, when they were last active and how much activity they have logged. What people said, their feedback and what their assistant remembers about them are never shown to managers or admins.
Can people see and correct what their assistant records?

Yes. Each person can see what their assistant has recorded about them, ask it to correct anything wrong, and reset their progress.
Do you track emotions?

No. We don’t track, detect or infer emotions. Feedback is about what was said.
Do you use our data to train AI?

No. We do not use practice data to train AI models, and neither do any third-party services we work with. Data is encrypted and stored in Europe on Google Cloud Platform.
